The NDCPD is committed to and is making every possible effort to ensure that all electronic and information technology developed, procured, maintained, or used by the NDCPD is accessible to people with disabilities, including both our employees and the customers we serve.

Zoom In/Out instructions that enlarges or reduces entire page for most browsers.
With the press of two keys, you can enlarge the screen text without going into your settings.
- Simply press and hold down the "control" key, while pressing the "plus sign" key. Be sure to keep the "control key" depressed while you press the "plus sign" key. Each repetition will enlarge the text.
- To return the text back to its original size, simply press, and hold down the "control" key and the "minus sign" key. Each repetition will decrease the text size.

Internet Explorer
- Click on "View" in the main menu.
- Scroll down to "Text Size."
- Select a text size from the drop-down menu options, ranging from "Smallest" to "Largest."
Mozilla Firefox
- Navigate to the top menu and click on "View."
- Scroll down to "Zoom." If you would like to enlarge text only, select "Zoom Text Only." If you would also like images to be enlarged, leave this option unchecked.
- Hold down the "Ctrl" key and press the plus sign key ("+") as many times as needed to reach a comfortable text size. To decrease text size, hold down the "Ctrl" key while pressing the minus sign key.
Safari
- Click on "View" in the main menu.
- Click "Make Text Bigger."

- On the browser Tools menu select 'Internet Options'
- On the General tab, select 'Accessibility'
- Click on the combination of the three check boxes to show checks that will change the features you desire.
- Click on 'OK'

- Deselect the 'Use Windows colors' check box
- Select the box next to 'Text' and choose a color

Audio Output/Screen Reader Option
If you are in need of audio output for navigating you can download pwWebSpeak software by SoundLinks. This software is free, however if you need training or support you will have to purchase a user license.
