Chad Fenner holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Minot State University . He works as an Electronic Media Specialist designing and programming our centers electronic media, individual project media, and web content. Chad has numerous years of experience in graphic design, illustration, web content, programming and web administration.

Previously worked for NDCPD as a student from 1995 until his graduation in 1999. He then went on to work for IBM as a Web Administrator/Architect before coming back to work for the Center. Currently enrolled in Business Education Degree upon completion will continue to work towards a Master's Degree in Management.
