This site is sponsored by the North Dakota State Council on Developmental Disabilities (NDSCDD) and the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) at Minot State University and the Protection and Advocacy Project.  It is designed to provide regular updates on legislation affecting North Dakotans with disabilities. It also provides a way for you to contact legislators and policy-makers and let them know your views. 

North Dakota's 2011 legislative session has now ended. Thank you for your work and support for individuals with disabilities. Updates will be added as the 2013 legislative session begins.
