NDCPD is a University Center of Excellence at Minot State University. It is our mission to "provide leadership and innovation that advances the-state-of-the-art and to empower people with disabilities to challenge expectations, achieve personal goals and to be included in all aspects of community life".
CAC Membership gives you the opportunity for input regarding disability issues within NDCPD projects on both on a state and national level. The Council meets 2-4 times a year and travel expenses are paid.
