Department of Human Services Health Tracks (EPDST)
A free health program for children age 0 to 21 that
are eligible for Medicaid. Pays for screenings, diagnosis,
and treatment services to help prevent health problems
from occurring or getting worse. They also pay for
teeth braces, glasses, hearing aids, vaccinations,
counseling and other important health services. Including
scheduling appointments and with finding transportation
to the services.
