Disability Planning Group

The ND Disability Health II project utilizes a Disability Community Planning Group (DCPG) to promote the health and wellness of ND citizens with disabilities and to raise awareness of health-related disparities. The DCPG provides input and guidance on strategic planning, implementation, and sustainability. Membership of the group includes people from each quadrant of the state, people with disabilities, family members, healthcare workers, disability service providers, emergency preparedness representatives and advocates. If you are interested in learning more about or participating with this group, please contact a member of the project staff.

If you or someone you know may need assistance during an emergency, you can call and register for the Vulnerable Population registry. With the flood season upon us, be aware that changes in conditions can happen quickly. Please be prepared. If you know of other communities that have a Vulnerable Population registry please let us know so we can add that information to this list.
