CHIP,
Medicaid, SSI, insurance, and IDEA related to healthcare needs. Also
provides
information on care coordination, medical home, family centered care,
collaboration
and cultural diversity.

Family to Family Project - A parent-to-parent program that matches
families with other families whose children have developmental delay,
disabilities
or chronic health needs.

Arc, Upper Valley - Provides informational support and resources to
families of children with cognitive and related disabilities. See their

The
ND Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health - A program
that supports children with emotional/behavioral problems and their
families.
