This site lists supports
for families raising children with a developmental delay, disability or
chronic health condition. You can get on the web and find national resources.
It is a little harder to find resources in North Dakota. To do that
you have to know:

a program/service is called?
Who
provides the program or service?
Who
you should call or talk to?
Where
to go for answers?
Discovering the answers
to these questions takes a lot of time and energy. We have tried
to simplify the steps to finding out what you need to know by creating
a road map of North Dakota.
We have found the
phone numbers, web sites and departments for you to the extent possible.
