RROC is a service for people with a wide variety of learning, language, and hearing disabilities. This service was designed to translate speech into print, providing accessibility to information presented in classrooms, conferences, workshops and employment settings.

RROC was developed by the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) at Minot State University (MSU). It has evolved from a project supported in part from grant funds from the United States Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs.
