Jamie Hardt serves as the project secretary for the Adult Student Transition Education Program, a program that provides a postsecondary education for students with intellectual disabilities. In addition to this program, Jamie serves as project secretary for the Medicaid Infrastructure Grant and Money follows the Person. Ms. Hardt holds a bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education and has taught students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
