Cheryl Merck, a Consumer Housing Resource Specialist for the Money Follows the Person Housing Project, is employed by the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) housed on the campus of Minot State University. Ms. Merck works in the northwest quadrant of the state finding housing for the aging and those with disabilities. Ms. Merck has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and management.

Ms. Merck has also worked on the Medicaid Infrastructure Grant (MIG) and has 20 years of previous supervisory experience with accounting and community giving grant programs.
