Thomas Orluck

Mr. Thomas Orluck works with NDCPD under two projects, the Early Hearing Detection and Intervention-Information System Project (EHDI-IS) and the Money Follows the Person Housing Program (MFP). His primary responsibilities with the EHDI-IS project is to ensure the Information System contains accurate, non-duplicated newborn hearing screening data, to provide technical support to hospital staff and audiologists and to match state wide Vital Records data with ND EHDI data. Under the MFP project, Mr. Orluck is responsible for creating a statewide database to track housing needs within the state of ND. In addition, he also provides technical support to housing specialists located within the state.
Mr. Orluck holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Information Technology and a minor in Business Management. In addition Mr. Orluck holds a certificate in Web Development and a certificate as an Application Software Specialist. He has extensive experience working with different Information Systems and computer applications.
