Vicki Troftgruben

Vicki Troftgruben, Project Director for the Money Follows the Person Housing Project, is employed by the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities (NDCPD) on the campus of Minot State University. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management degree from Minot State University.
Ms. Troftgruben brings experience to this project through her 15 years of involvement working in operational settings prior to coming to NDCPD. She has been working on implementing the MFP Housing Project since May of 2011 and has brought knowledge through previous projects that she has directed at NDCPD including ND FamNet, a Rural Health Network of family support agencies, and the We’re Ready Emergency Preparedness project. Ms. Troftgruben has participated on grant writing teams to improve the quality of life for persons who are aging and persons with disabilities living within the state.
Ms. Troftgruben has also participated in the following projects during her time with NDCPD: Prairie Mental Health, the Special Needs Committee at the Minot Air Force Base, the Think College initiative in ND, a Smart Home Technology initiative, and is currently a board member for the Domestic Violence Crisis Center.
